What we collect

• Assessment answers and the business context you choose to provide.
• Your name, work contact details, organisation, site information and callback preferences.
• The consent wording and version shown, submission time and originating page.
• Limited hosting, security and measurement data needed to operate and protect the service.

Why we use it

We use submitted details to respond to your request, understand your requirements, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, keep an audit trail and—where you expressly ask us to—introduce a suitable delivery partner. Editorial readership measurement is kept separate from provider evidence.

Who may receive it

Callback and Case information may be shared with a suitable delivery partner so they can contact you. The provider page you viewed is context and does not mean that provider automatically receives the request. Hosting, database and communications suppliers may process data for Hedwyn Ltd. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and rights

Callback and Case records are normally retained for up to 24 months after the request is closed, unless a longer period is needed for a legal claim or duty. Security logs are normally retained for no longer than 30 days unless required for an investigation.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where the relevant right applies, and can withdraw consent for future sharing. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Sensitive information

Do not submit complete bills, contracts, bank details, passwords, health information or other sensitive personal information through public forms. We will request a secure route if documents are needed.
