How Energy Guide is funded
Trust in commercial energy depends on being open about who may be paid, by whom and for what.
Introductions
If you ask for a callback, Energy Guide may introduce you to a suitable delivery partner. Hedwyn Ltd may receive an introduction fee or a share of fees arising from work. The precise commercial arrangement may differ by partner and service.
You remain in control
Reading the Guide, using an educational assessment or browsing a directory profile does not authorise us to share your contact details. Permission is requested separately when you ask for contact.
No automatic profile ownership
A provider whose directory profile you viewed does not automatically receive your request. The viewed page is retained as context; suitability and allocation are reviewed separately.
Editorial safeguards
Commercial relationships do not buy favourable guidance, a Directory-checked status or concealed prominence. Sponsored placement or paid profile features, if introduced, will be clearly labelled and separated from factual verification.
