If something is wrong, outdated, unclear or missing important context, please tell us. We review evidence rather than automatically accepting or rejecting a requested change.
What to send
- The page URL and the exact statement or profile field.
- What you believe is incorrect or incomplete.
- The strongest available source, ideally an official or original record.
- Your name, role and relationship to the subject.
How we assess it
We check the report against our source hierarchy, preserve a record of the review and prioritise errors that could materially affect a business decision. A claimed provider profile is still subject to the same evidence standard.
What happens next
We may correct, clarify, add an evidence label, record conflicting evidence or leave an accurately sourced statement unchanged. Material corrections should show the date and nature of the change.
