How we work

How introductions work

A callback request comes to Energy Guide for review. It is not automatically sent to a provider whose directory listing you viewed.

Your request

We record the business context and contact permission you provide. Browsing the Guide, completing an anonymous assessment or viewing a directory profile does not by itself share your contact details.

Review and allocation

Energy Guide reviews the subject, urgency and available context before deciding an appropriate next step. Initially, requests may be allocated manually to a suitable delivery partner. A listed provider only receives a request if it is separately eligible to act as a delivery partner and is selected for that request.

What the recipient sees

A selected delivery partner receives the information needed to respond to the request, together with its source and consent evidence. We record who received it and when. You can ask us who would receive your details before proceeding.

Fees and independence

Hedwyn Ltd may receive an introduction fee or a share of fees arising from work. This does not buy a favourable listing, stronger verification status or control over our editorial guidance. Read how Energy Guide is funded and our editorial policy.

Your choice

An introduction is not a recommendation or obligation to appoint anyone. Ask the proposed provider about its role, market coverage, remuneration and terms before authorising work.
